Willie Bass, a beloved 79 years old, passed away on November 8, 2023. He left this world surrounded by the love of his family and friends.
Born on February 8, 1944, Willie lived a life filled with warmth, kindness, and compassion. He touched the hearts of everyone he encountered and will be remembered for his gentle spirit and generous nature.

Willie Bass was born in Paris. TX. He is a graduate of Gibbons High School in Paris, TX.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents Jimmie Wallace and Mittie Wallace;
parents Jack Bass and Bernice Bass; his son Lewis Bass.

He is survived by sisters Shirley Thompson (Wichita Falls, TX), Sharon Norris (Wichita Falls, TX); grandchildren Chasney Bass (Dallas, TX), Chandra Draine (Houston, TX); nieces Kimberly Bass (Dallas, TX), Carla Easley (Columbus, OH). Kristy Pearson (Columbus, OH), Phylicia Brown (Wichita Falls, TX); nephew Michael Norris (Fort Worth, TX) and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, family and friends who will continue to cherish the memories and lessons Willie shared with them.
