Burial Ft. Sill National Cemetery Elgin, OK Monday, November 28, 2022 Lee Andrew Leak was born February 21, 1937, in Wichita Falls, TX to Elder Leroy Leak a.k.a. (Preacher) and Mary Leak. Sonny departed this life on November 15, 2022. Sonny accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior and was a member of New Haven Baptist Church where he became a Deacon of the church and served on the brotherhood under the direction of Rev. Larry Nelson. Sonny was an alumni graduate student at Booker T. Washington High School. Sonny excelled in sports on the football team. After high school he joined the military and served his country proudly as an Army Veteran where he received his Honorable Discharge. During the football season you would find him cheering for the New England Patriots and Pittsburg Steelers. Sonny was an industrious worker and retired from Wichita Falls Refinery (Taylor Foundry.) Preceding Lee Andrew Leak in death are his parents, Leroy Leak (Preacher) and Mary Leak; sister: Doris Jean Oliver.
Sonny leaves to cherish his memories, wife Tina L. Leak; daughter, Misty Leak-Norris of White Settlement, TX; stepchildren, William Earl Davis (Malinda Faye Davis) of Carrolton, TX, Helena Gavell Davis of Wichita Falls, TX, and Harold Fitzgerald Davis (Marla Chenault-Davis) of McKinney, TX, and Weslon Franks (Jonathan Broadway); grandsons, Darius D'Shun Leaks and DeQuavious Eugene Sanderson; six great-grandchildren and an abundance of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

My name is David Owen. I was happy to get to know Lee when visiting my Dad. Lee and Dad would chat and visit. Telling stories. I loved to see both them laugh. Lee brought joy to my heart. Lee was a fine man. I loved him with all my heart. We sure miss him. Im happy for Lee because he is with Jesus. I will allways remember Lee . He loved his Jesus, his wife and Kids.
