Catherine Brown was born to John Henry and Jessie Mae Brown on August 6, 1945. She departed this life on June 3, 2021. She was a faithful member of Greater Miracle Church under the leadership of Bishop Alford Ailey for forty plus years.

She was a dedicated Saint of God. She was a great soloist and a devout Christian woman. She worked many years as a housekeeper.

She leaves to cherish her life, a daughter, Helen M. Brown of Wichita Falls, TX; two granddaughters, Briannan Starks and Kierstan Starks both of Wichita Falls, TX; three sisters, Lena Barnes and Helen Anderson both of Wichita Falls, TX; and Alma Reed (J. B.) of Ft. Worth, TX; brother, Donald Brown of Arlington, TX; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She will be greatly missed.
